This could be what we have to deal with if we want more battery life.. um.. I'll buy a second battery before I connect this monstrosity to my G1. Via Engadget

Idk i haven't been "playing" with mine so much, just using it to call and check text/email, I still have 60% battery when i go to sleep.
I have a little less than 50% since I stopped my podcast downloader from running all the time. I would still seriously consider getting the charging station with an extra battery. You never know when you have to use a lot of services for a while and not have anywhere to plug in. You could also make a "Mint Tin USB Charger" which is something else I'm going to consider.
