2 Remarks:
I don't want to dash your hopes for humanity, but this just looks like they are at a festival, and they guy is waiting for the band to show up, and everyone joins in quickly when the band shows up. The reason I say this is because they are all dancing in the same direction, facing downhill where the band would be.. I'll admit it doesn't usually get big THAT fast, but it does happen. Of course I might be wrong and this is just one guy drawing a crowd.
